sapphire 5970, which bios should I put on it?

Hi,

I bought this card new a long time ago, this is the bios on it: 113-C00001-102

I want to OC this card now, I read about a sapphire 5970 OC bios but I'm not sure if I can put it on this card?

Also, can I flash it just with RBE and if so do I need to flash each gpu seperately?
