*Yes i have searched other threads/sites*

I recently bought (student budget :/) a Sapphire Radeon 9550 256M DDR AGP and i want to update it to a 9600 BIOS but i can't for the life of me find details about the ram type. Heres what i have so far:

***Ram: Solution S5DU561622BCU-5 (other numbers: 061231 and UPQI)***

Graphics Chipset: ATI Radeon 9550 / X1050 Series
Chip name: RV350
DAC: Internal DAC(400Mhz)
Device ID (Chip type): 4153
Vendor: 1002

Subsystem ID: 0200
Subsystem Vendor ID: 174B

Bus Type: AGP
Current Bus Setting: AGP 8X

BIOS Version: 008.017D.033.00
BIOS Part Number: 113-PC2050-09B
BIOS Date: 2006/06/28

Memory Size: 256 MB
Memory Type: DDR SGRAM / SDRAM
Memory Bus: 128 Bit

[ATITool]
Default Core: 250.00Mhz
Default Memory: 200.00Mhz / 400.00Mhz(DDR)

Maximum Core: 500.00MhzMhz
Maximum Memory: 221.00Mhz / 442.00Mhz(DDR)

*I leave it at 400 Core, 205 Memory - anything above 209 starts to get artifacts*

I'm fairly certain that the ram is 5ns... so could anybody tell me which 9600 bios i should use... or should i try modding the bios myself and doing a reflash?

* The card comes with the typical Sapphire blue led fan cooled heat sink.

i had a very similar card, i was lookin into flashing the bios but couldn't find one either, i would try modding the bios with rabit, but you could use ati tool or ati tray tools to set the clocks at startup.
