2 weeks old vcard and i got this in splintercell double agent (SM 3.0), while playing raven shield (SM2.0), all is ok (1024*768)
i have also red flikkering pixels in my desktop (1280*1024)
it appear that the red flickering pixels are linked to gray/blue color...
problems that i did not have with my previous abit xr800xt (but i could not play scda cose the sm3.0 requirements, thus i bought the 1650 to play upcoming vegas and i'm waiting for R600 gpu based vcard)

my rig:
asus p5ad2 e premium
PIV 3.6 + zalman 9700 cu led
2gb kingston hyperx ddr2 400
sb audigy 2 pro
3 hd sata 120gb 7200 + 1wd raptor 75gb 10.000rpm + maxtor 300gb 7200 rpm
19" viewsonic vx922 2ms
termaltake 560w psu

plus when i run atitool no gpu temp is showned and in the 3d windows i have yellow spots surrounding the hairy cube....

sorry for pic quality (mobile phone camera) but if i record with fraps and play it back with another pc (aiw9700) they play just fine)
:banghead: any suggestion?

Looks like your card is damaged or the GPU/memory is running too hot. i think you should give it back to your hardware store.
Maybe you should check if the fan on the card is running fine.

Either a dodgy connection to the monitor or a faulty card, I suspect the latter. If you haven't overclocked I recommend that you get an RMA on the card, otherwise you probably broke it yourself. It could be a bad connection betweent he fansink and the GPU but I expect it is damaged.

Please don't double post by the way, post in one forum and wait for a reply before posting again.
