There's always the ever-popular Arctic Cooling VGA Silencers. If you wanted more performance that that, you could drop the extra ~$10 and get the Zalman ZM80D-HP with the OP-1 fan. Both don't put out that much noise, and the Zalman has the benefit of being fully adjustable to fit the holes on your VGA card.

Ive noticed on the vga silencer the plastic seems to curve up away from the heatsink so it can vent out of the next slot in the case, is that plastic close enough to the card to have some resistors block it?
Also how high does the zalman sit above the card?

If you buy the right silencer then it will fit perfectly.

I have an MSI K7N2 Delta L, which can be sort of cramped around the AGP slot, and I had no problem with either the VGA silencer or the Zalman ZM80D-HP.
