They just released a playable alpha. It's buggy as expected with an alpha but I see a lot of potential here. It kind of reminds me of Prison Architect...in space...with customers instead of prisoners. Of course, Prison Architect has been in development much longer so it is much more refined; but still, $4000 AUD isn't asking much. The game can be had for about $12 USD.
