Does this "Turbo V" junk and all that other jazz actually help your pc? i just always have my settings so mine is 100 percent all the time. Can these little power monitors and such help? or is this just more junk on my HDD?? Also... Express gate? I dont understand, When my desktop pops up.. I have internet... Fast. This expressgate thing says "5 seconds!" but..... i already have it in 5.. Do you guys use it?

i say install as little as possible.

expressgate is a linux based OS, that comes with the system.

you really should read the manual, or google as to what these tools do.

personally i say get on another computer, go to your mobo manufacturer's website, and download the drivers for you specific mobo there as most the time the drivers on cd's that come with hardware aren't the most up-to-date anyways. Avoid the confusion one may have with all the junk on the install disc and ensures you get the best drivers.
