I'm looking to get the last part for my new system. Currently the system consists of:
-ASUS M4A79 Deluxe Motherboard
-AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition CPU
-G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) SDRAM DDR2 1066
-SIGMA MONSTER 650W PSU

I was looking to get the SAPPHIRE TOXIC Radeon HD 4870 1GB. It's got good reviews and what appears to be a very good cooling solution with the copper heat-pipes. However, now with the 4890 series being released I'm stuck and can't decide between them. Since they're similiar in price, do I go for the faster of the 2 cards... or go with the 'slower' card which I'm sure will OC better with the better cooling... Ahhhh decisions decisions lol... Once again, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

4870 will not overclock as good as the 4890. It is limited by voltage supplied.
