Just a month after the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) raised it's second quarter guidance, signals are coming from the foundry that it will increase it's utilization rates to full capacity by the fourth quarter of this year, according to industry sources.
As most of you know TSMC is company that makes chips for companies such as Texas Instruments, and NVIDIA Corp. They also are making the Xbox 360's GPU for ATI.
