Uninstalling Applications on Windows XP

Oh, another question....is there a software that can remove unused DLL's? I have installed programs which I'm having problems uninstalling now because the setup file is missing. So that means I'll have to do it manually. How do I find the files or DLL's and even registry entries for a specific program? is there a software that can do that for me?
