Though I hope, as others have said, you are also planning on getting a new GPU, because that is likely what is holding you back in games the most right now. As well as only having 4GB of RAM. If you are on a budget, the first things I suggest you upgrade are your RAM and GPU.

I checked his monitor res and hes playing at 1366x768. So i think the upgrade should be at least 1080 monitor / ram / and gpu. he says that wants a rgb header.....
last thing i will care about an upgrade for better performance if im on a short budget.

I think it says two different sticks of 4Gb if I saw the system specs correctly :)

1080 screen would definitely be a big improvement, depending on the OP's budget they could get something pretty decent for not much money.. If looking at 1080P I'd suggest 1060/RX 580 at minimum personally :)

1. Starting with an 8600k, 1st thing to pair it with would be a good cooler. You could get the lowest feasible alternative (Hyper 212 / C7) or you could spend a teeny bit more for a Scythe Mugen Max or Fuma ($37 - $45) which will perform as well as anything ya can buy under $100.

2. Our "Go To" budget Mobo is the MSI Z370 SLI Plus. Most boards in this price range cheap out with substandard audio (ALC892). Not only does the MSI provide ALC1220 but also provides all that you asked for.

3. Sweet spot for memory right now is 2 x 8GB 3000 CAS 15 or 3200 CAS 16

4. Not in a position to suggest a GFX card till the 2xxx series drops ... but at 1080p, **if you needed to buy today** would recommend MSI 1060 3GB as the budget choice,. While many will say 3 GB is not enough... test results here on this site say otherwise. Still, wouldn't choose until I saw what the 2050 / 2050 Ti / 2060 may offerr.

5. If budget allows, would recommend a 250 GB SSD + 2 TB SSHD, if budget is tight... get the SSHD now and add SSD later.

Boot Time SSD = 15.6 secs
Boot Time SSHD = 16.5 secs

6. Case wise I'd look at the lower cost Phanteks designs
https://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007583 50060115&IsNodeId=1&bop=And&Order=PRICE&PageSize=36

7. PSU, the Seasonic Focus Gold series are ridiculously cheap and most have scored 10/10 in Build Quality and performance at jonnyguru.

Care to tell us what budget this is? :p

Because right now I'd tell you to go out and pick parts you like best.

I think its max around 4000 Turkish Lira

I'd just consider a newer GPU but again as @Vayra86 says, what's your budget and what games are you playing at what res? :)

I am currently ok with that gpu.

What for ?

You’d benefit more from a better GPU

The main reason is when i was carrying my pc case my dad wanted to help me out by carrying my pc (im 28 years old with health issues) i let him carry my pc but he just dropped it and after that in some games like arkham city and pubg fps drops to 30-40 from 60-75 for no reason but in arkham city an example if i do something suddenly my fps drops but if i do the same thing over and over again my fps doesnt drop and i cannot figure it out,can you help me?

Dropping it could have caused something to be jarred a little loose, or broke thermal contact between cpu or gpu and heatsick. I would check temps first.

I am currently ok with that gpu.

You'll find that the GPU will be the most limiting factor with the system. The CPU be it locked, should be ok.. But screen and GPU would give a big improvement. If you wanted something on a budget, consider a different range of CPU or grab something second hand..
I'd happily suggest a Ryzen system as well, but again, depends largely on what you want to have :)

since you only have 4GB ram, low range GPu and low res display, i rather to upgrade parts on your current PC and save money over investing o a new rig that might be incomplete or having unbalanced performance,

Maybe something's loose somewhere else then. RAM stick got jarred loose? Video card a little loose, so now maybe it's running at PCI-E x1 or something instead of x16? I had a computer once that would sometimes crash and wouldn't even POST until I re-seated the IDE cable. Really strange stuff.
