Does the HD 4870 have video in for DVI and HDMI? If it did I would jizz in my pants.

It doesn't have any kind of video in. Video cards have graphic outputs and most 4870's use two DVI outputs. They also come with DVI to HDMI adapters.

It used to be popular for higher end video cards to have Video In capabilities, but it wasn't really popular. I don't believe any cards have had Video In in a long while.
