I have a watercooled GTX 260's using a swiftec block which is not full coverage.. Although i have good airflow in my system, I dont feel confident that the VRMS are getting the same quality cooling as they would with the stock cooler.
My phase 2 VRM's get up to 80C when folding@home while my GPU stays at 45C. I plan to keep these cards for over a year.
Is this a safe temp to run VRM's for 24/7 use? what are the limits/specs/MTBF for VRM's on the 65nm GTX 260? Can someone with stock cooling post their VRM temps?
