I started to OC my AMD Athlon 64 x2 4600+ AM2 what is the highest SAFE idle and load this CPU has to last for some time so i don't want to fuck it up. Right now my Idle is 24-27c and load is 38-43c when OCed to what is in system specs.I have burned in my CPU and got the V-core from 1.35v stock to 1.27v overclocked and 1.22v stock speeds.

If you dig deep enough at the AMD site, you can find max temps for all AMD cores.

Just do the best you can in the cooling department, and OC until you notice stability issues. Obviously, though, if it's ungodly hot, stop. :)

I have also have a question regarding cpu temp.
I saw that the difference between his idle and load temps is about 20 degrees.

My idle temp is 36/37 and load is 44/45. This is a 8 degree difference. Do you think this is alright or should i be looking for a new cpu cooler? Maybe water?:)

The idle and load temps will ALWAYS have quite a difference between them. With an overcocked dual core, you will be expecting mid 40s, and those temperatures are fine imo.
