What to Upgrade?

Hey all,
Alright I have this old computer that has been just lying around for a year and a half.
I just got a new case (Nemesis Elite), surround sound and a SONY Flat panel screen for xmas. So I hooked all that stuff up to my new computer and now I want to put all of the old computer stuff into my Dracula case and hook it up to my old crt and dual speakers. So pretty much I am going to fix this old computer. I found out that the hard drive is messed up so all I need is a new HD to fix the computer ($40 no problem). I want to make this computer decent so that it can run at least Counter Strike 1.6. Below are the specs:
- Pentium 3 (remember it is 4 years old lol)
- Standard Pentium mobo (AGP slot....no PCI obviously)
- No sound card
- 128 mb of RAM (not a lot...soo sad :shadedshu )
- New 80 GB HD
- Case has a 400W PSU (never used)
- Case has 3 120mm fans already installed

I obviously have to upgrade this, but dont want to put a lot of money into this system. So I want to know what would be the best bang for the buck and what to upgrade and please dont say everything lol. Also my last question is I have 2 \ PSUs to use. I can use the one that came with the Dracula case which is a ATX 480watts power supply (generic brand) or I can use the one that came with the Nemesis Elite which is an Orion 400W PSU. Which is better? Thanks.

id say another 256mb memory, new mobo, and new video card... but good luck finding mobos for P3's...

get like a 9200 or some cheap video card... im assuming its PC100/133 ram?

Have a look on ebay, should be upgrade parts going very cheap there, but u will be looking at about 384Mb of Ram, an FX5200, or 9200 gfx card, and perhaps a SB Live soundcard

I am curious...if I get a new mobo..some have X300 onboard graphics...would that be better to use than a Radeon 9600 or so? If thats the case then I might be able to upgrade the CPU possbily. RAM is a def. though....Cant do anything these days with that lol

^ ya if we know that we can help and im pretty sure a card will be better i dont think(or im not aware and have tried and failed) u can overclock onboard grfx i tried with no sucess.but ya 348mb ram i ran it for the longest time...a grfx card and a sound card like nothin special a 24bit live with eax and 7.1 at BB is $20 with these three things shell do it np btw how fast is this p3?

^ o ya that too id get the 9250 256 had one myself it was sweet did what i whanted it to for like a year.....i even played far cry pretty smooth w/ it.

I will run the P3 this weekend and let you all know....I think its around 550, but not positive. I am prob. willing to shell out only 200, but maybe a lil more. I am just a lil bored and want to build something so I figured y not fix this. Thanks for all the help
