What's my bottleneck?

What do you think bottlenecks my system more? my CPU or GPU? the GPU is only OC'ed to 750 mhz and 1100 mhz for memory... CPU isnt OC'd yet.

I'm not 100% sure on which is your bottleneck, but it's a BE, so it should be dirt simple to OC. What resolution are you gaming on, btw?

was just wondering what you guys thought. having a tough time OCing my cpu, btw.

What speed is your RAM? If it's not 1600MHz or higher, then that might be what's bottlenecking you.

And you never said what resolution your monitor is. 1900x1200?

You have no bottlenecks.

As far as overclocking your CPU you've got another active thread open. I will discuss the OC'ing matters in there.

The Windows Experience Index will say that it's your hard drive because it's not an SSD or something really fancy, but for gaming it really doesn't create a bottleneck unless you consider map load times a bottleneck.

Run ATI tools and set up a hardware monitoring chart covering CPU and GPU activity and FPS you're getting. Judging by your system specs, you probably shouldn't have any problems lol.
