Where in the world can i obtain MXM GPUs?

So guys, haven't been on the forums on ages (only lurking on front page), and yeah I've finally got a question. Where the hell can I actually buy MXM GPUs such as the 9700M? I've been seraching high and low and they dont sell them anywhere. Anybody have any answers?

And the specs of the lappy that I want to upgrade, which already has a mini PCI-E slot.

TBH I dont think anyone sells gfx cards for laptops, it is not worth it. If you cant find in in Newegg, then I dont think you will be able to find it anywhere.

Do verify you get the right MXM card, there are at least 3 versions as far as I know.
