Where's the 12 volt wire?

Hi i don't really no much about psu's and i was wondering where that wire was. Cause i want to hook up a 110 watt peltier but i don't no weather to hook it up to the 4 pin molex or whatever.
Also, some psu's have 4 12 v rails and 18 amps each so say the 12 volt wire is the 4 pin molex.
Will all 18 amps go to that one wire?

i'm going to hook it up as a single device on a generic psu nothing is connected to the psu exept the peltier

RED is +5V and yellow +12V and yes I think All 18 amps go to that wire.

U just have to short couple of pins to turn it on

blacks negative rite? also, if i want to hook up a device, i just cut off all the yellow and negative wires and then hook it up to my device rite? so then i get 18 amps on the yellow and negative wires?

yes, and yes, alltough i might be wrong with that current thing, since i dont know how ur PSU works, but It should give all 18 amps to ur +12V line.
