Which of these processors is best for gaming? help please =S

    Need some help please guys

    Which of the following is best for gaming?

    Intel Pentium DualCore E2180 (2.00GHz)800MHz FSB/1MB L2 Cache

    OR

    Intel Core™2 Duo E4500 (2 X 2.20GHz) 800MHz FSB/2MB L2 Cache

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thats a brilliant help :toast:

    also would the c2d be able to run games like Rainbow six vegas which needs a minimum of 3ghz processor?

    because i've heard that only one of the 2 cpu's would be used to run the game?

    That game, along with almost any other you can find, will run fine on that CPU.

    yes, it will run it will no problem...

    However, your video card may hinder it
