Who's toughest boss you've ever fought?

I just finished beating Green Eye in Lost Planet Colonies. It took me about 3 hours.

Omega Weapon in Final Fantasy 8. Was pretty decently tough...

Then again, FFX had some insane bosses as well (Dark Shiva etc)

Emerald and ruby weapon of ff7, a few of the bosses in circle of the moon.

God of War series feature a couple bosses that are pretty hard to kill, especially when you can't figure out their weaknesses and/or being overrun by hordes and hordes of enemies. If you don't have a waterproof strategy, you fail big time.

And with Fulgore, although its damn hard with him, he is to slow!

I would have to say alma in ninja gaiden she can be one tough cookie to crack especially on harder difficulties.

Last bosses in DMC 3 and 4. I actually broke 2 PS2 controllers trying to finish DMC3, with the insane amounts of button mashing I was doing due to pure unadulterated frustration. If it wasnt for the fact that I shave my head, I would've been tearing my hair out.

I know that feeling from the seven-laps-races in NFSUG... no boss fights per se, but equally frustrating.

Funny thing about is that I beat Emerald Weapon on my 2nd try and he has twice as much HP as the Ruby Weapon

Ruby weapon and Emerald weapon both have the same HP value: 1000000. Thing is, Ruby weapon is a lot harder because first off she randomly wipes out 2 of your party memebers on the spot and you're left with only one party member (however there are ways around this). Secondly she has stalks that come up from behind and prawn you that way.

for anyone who's wandering, get into a regular fight in the gold saucer area where the enemies are weak and can't harm you. Have a character kill the other 2 party members. Once you're done with that fight, make sure you load each party member up accordingly with the proper materia you want them to have. Give one character KOTR and w-summon, give the other 2 mimic, and make sure someone has final attack + pheonix. When you go into battle with Ruby (with 2 party members dead), try to stand up to her until she does the attack that's supposed to throw your other party members out of the battle. After she does, let her kill you so your character does final attack + pheonix and now everyone is off to a fresh start. Then, start casting KOTR + w-summon and mimic the everliving shit out of it.

Check it again boss man I think Ruby only has 500K HP unless I was totally droning when I was playing FFVII

UPDATE: He has 800K HP
