4GHz+ capable technology has been around for some time now, so why no CPUs officially rated for it?
For example, my E8500 went to 4.75GHz without trying too hard (you wouldn't want to keep it there) but it can do 4.11GHz 24/7 without even thinking about it, so why no 4GHz rated CPUs?
