will my psu handle a hd 3870?

could i run a 8800gts off my current psu? plz say i can succesfully!

i am going to steal it from my dads computer till i get the new hd 3870

if the 580w Hiper Type-R PSU is crossfire certified for the 3870 so i am sure that your PSU can run 1 of them without a problem. I am not sure about the 8800GT but it should run it.
