dont think so. games are going away from CPU intensive.
and dual gpu does not work that way. its moslty more of a GPU concern.

so in short, if it runs with one 660, it will run with 2.

At 3.8Ghz-4Ghz if should be fine, keep in mind at 4Ghz not all cores are running that speed, its only the 1 core running at 4Ghz, in future pay the extra $35 and get the 3570K, its well worth the extra money if you're overclocking.

I have set all cores to max 4.0 ghz, just have to reboote in order to change my new setting to x40 without turbo that should give me 4.0 ghz on all cores

Here is a screenshot of my pc running 3.8ghz on all 4 cores http://peecee.dk/upload/view/420984/full who said a non k cpu can't be oc'ed ;-)

Bought a used i5 3470 for less then half of the price for a new one (wasn't used much), i just oc to what the limited is,all though i can set multiplier to more then 40 in msi intel extreme tuning utility i am not gonna try that because it know from techpowerup, tomshardware that the oc limited for a i5 3470 is 3.8-4.0ghz and don't want to know what happens if i set multiplier beond x40
