    It looks like they just took the COA off a case and put it on the sleeve of a recovery disc. Doesn't looks too legit to me. And the reviews you find about it are terrible. A couple good reviews I found were completely fake.

    I've bought of them before, Vista DELL OEM, and it was legit....It came in a paper sleeve with a COA sticker (not yet applied) and a 4 page booklet....

    Looks like they upped the price...by a lot. Used to be $30, now it's $65. Fortunately my school qualifies for DreamSpark Premium (OnTheHub) for free Windows 7, XP, Server 03/08/08R2.
