When you try to play any DRM-protected media, the media will only play if you have "authorized" the PC.

As aharvey says, it will prompt for a password or you can "authorize" the PC by clicking the highlighted selection you see in the pic below:

I got home late and didn't get a chance to look at this but wanted to double check where the folder is I need to copy. I'm guessing not the program files since there has been a new version of iTunes since this happened. Is it in My Documents or some obivous place?

Thanks

Ummmm is this Ubuntu on the USB drive one time use only or something?

Just tried to boot to it for the 2nd time after having used Win7 for the last few days and now it says to restart and put in a media with a bootable OS (something to that effect).

no, its permanent, you must of done something to it if its not working?, it acts as a ROM no matter what you do it stays in that session unless you save the file to a Hard drive or USB stick

I figured it out, my pc was being dumb. The USB needed to be listed under hard drives in the BIOS in order to boot from it I guess.

Transferred my iTunes over so far without a hitch. Even updated my iPad flawlessly, now doing my iPhone (which hasn't been updated in months).
