Windows XP Shortcut Modifiers

Hey all...

had a thing come up today..

Trying to figure out where on the internet to find "switches" or "modifiers" for shortcuts in windows xp..

what i am trying to do is get a window to start maximized when normally it will start "not maximized"..

if anyone knows how i could go about doing this it would help immencly...

not quite what i was looking for, but i think this may be a dead case so to speak... so i think i am just going to let it go for now.. if i come across anything i will let all of you guys know if you want it
