I have two 1GB modules of Corsair XMS DDR400, rated at 3-4-4-8 (although I'm running it at 3-3-3-8 just fine). My motherboard supports both DDR and DDR2, and I've been wanting to use my DDR2 slots instead.

It sells on newegg for $235; but being used, I'll give you a good deal on it.

Try Quality RAMS . This is where I normaly get most of my memory and have been a very satisfied customer. Purchased all my Crucial Ballistix and Ballistix Tracer DDR2 modules from them and always came brand new, factory sealed. Excellent deals and they ship to australia as well.
