    Title says it, the HD3850 just wasn't enough of a downgrade for me and I'd rather recoup some cash!
    I'm interested in anything like a 1900/7900 and up!

    Trade ya a 2900xt for the 8800 if you still have in a few weeks, in a competition right now cant trade yet. My p35 does no justice to 2900s in xfire. ALLEN

    Do you konw if 256mb 3850's can crossfire with 512mb ones?

    yes sir, basically any card, ATI or nVidia can be Crossfired/SLI'd with any other card with the same core. The memory is independent of pairing. The only downside is both cards are limited to that of the lesser's memory and the one with, say 512 can only utilize 256MB

    hmmmm, well at first that seemed like an awesome deal but I'm having trouble outweighing the 8800GTS 320MB + $130...that's a $50 price difference yet a relatively low performance difference, if you can swing $100 + my shipping I might be able to do it
