I have noticed on the EVGA X58 board that there is no IDE in the normal placement for a CD-ROM drive. So does the CD-ROM drive have to be SATA? I see there is an IDE port below the mobo power connector, but isn't that only for the old school HDD's? (can that take CD-ROM's to?). In the manual it only mentions connecting IDE HDD's, but no mention of CD-ROM drives.
