X800GTO with 1.6ns or 2.0ns RAM?

How do I see if my Sapphire X800GTO's samsung ram is 1.6 or 2.0 ns?

i believe its 1.6 ns

it's actually 2.0

yep 2.0. look on the chips. near the end of the bottom string of letters and numbers it'll say "GC20". 1.6ns is "GC16", etc.
