xfx 7750 dd

im having issues with a brand new xfx hd7750 dd edition
i installed the card after freshly installing windows and installed the card drivers once the drivers are installed no apps or programs not even internet explorer works
as soon as i remove the drivers everything works perfectly
can anyone shed some light on this issue its really bugging me ive tried original drivers,updated drivers,and beta drivers

Try installing a different driver? an older one and see what happens

ive done that still the same issue and i cant seem to find any answeres on google
would the card being 3.0 pcie and my board being 2.0 have anything to do with it or maybe cause im running windows vista x64

No and no, that shouldn't be a issue at all, even though Vista is an issue all by its self haha.

Do you install JUST the driver? or the whole CCC suite?

Oh ok fair enough, i was going to say just try installing just the drivers.

Maybe you have a hardware issue?

But it doesn't sound like a software clash there somewhere

Wait 7750 for eyefinity? im not sure if that card even supports it? im not 100% sure there, but that card wouldn't be very good for anything over dual monitor setups.

The rest of your system seems fine

SOLVED: after trying this gpu in several computers i found that it is merely incompatible with windows vista
it works with windows 7 only
also the software on the cd is useless it does not work the only way to get the card to work was install windows 7 and download ccc 12.8
hope this helps someone in the future

If should work with Vista and Eyefinity. But you should install the latest drivers from AMD

i tried all of the above it will not work with vista at all 32 or 64
the only way to get it to work was with win 7 wich i cannot stand
