EDIT: also, to specify, Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst is a free game. The official site only offers direct download, and I prefer torrents. Much faster.

I just check the official file server, and it is a fast download. Combine that with a download accelerator like downthemall (plug-in for firefox), you can easily get +500kb/s...
