Safe Vcore Voltages for p4 northwood's

hi all im just wondering wat cpu voltage i shoudl stop at before i fry my cpu . curently i cant get it 100% stable on 3.7 ghz from 3.2 the cpu is a 3.2 northwood p4 socket 478 . i have a aero 4 lite cooler on it and seem to be doin very good. if i wnat to run 3.6+ i must use volts between 1.7-1.75 i havent tried any furter so plz tll me if i need to give more volts.

i tried 1.8 v before and still cudnt get my oc 100% stable. i can a couple of tetst like counter strike source stress test and 3dmark05 (game tests only) .
i tried to run 3dmark03 and pcmakr05 but during the tests it froze . not sure wat im doin wrong.
ps i have tried lowering my ram speed to 320mhz from 400. my ram voltage is 2.85 from 2.65 stock . i havent touched any agp voltage to scared just incase i fry my card .

Make sure spread spectrum is off. Spread specrum made a difference for me with that board. Also, heres a nice guide for overclocking that board. See if that helps you. ;)
