water cooling still needs cpu fan ????

Well I have no idea, but it seems like a good idea because the whole motherboard is exposed, and some parts do heat up. Like the bridges and RAM chips on the graphics card (unless you have sinks for those too). So maybe it's a good thing, just get a few SILENT fans wherever you have room (it doesn't matter how powerful they are, I mean it's just to get air moving, so even 1cfm is better than none).
Good point, i will get altra low sound fans 
also i forgot to mention i have 5 case fans and one of them is now the CPU fan, there normaly quiet 2000rpm but the one connected as the CPU is going at 2700rpm to 3000rpm and even the uGuru dont help.
