Post a picture of the card like the other members said which has the white sticker and some closeup on VRAM memory modules. You can do the flash via dos/freedos (usb bootable rufus etc) to force flash the vbios. You need to be sure your are flashing the right vbios with the right memory...

Hehe I think on s775 it only matters if you have mainboard with PCIE 2.0 support. My EP45-DS3R can do x8/x8 CF/SLI and its Gen2. *It's not that hard, got it up and running on EP45-DS3R. No need for ASM1061 SATA3 anymore :D

Same behavior with v3.3.5.0 drivers, it will take ages to load Win10 and when at the desktop keyboard / mouse will work fine but the responsiveness will be with terrible delay. Hitting Windows button to shut down takes like ~5min. Everything is fine when the SSD is on the native EP45-DS3R ports...

Which hynix GDDR5 chips your card has ? Early reference models had some weird things with more shaders or ram but I doubt yours has. If your card has Hynix H5GC4H24AJR then its 4GB as it should. Those are 4Gb IC each for total 4GB. You need 8x of those cause RX 480 is 256-bit bus, the 8GB models...
