    Oh man , it worked , i take out the card , clean the fan , apply new paste and use MSI Afterburner and adjust fanspeed exactly as your .     Alright , so for a quick update , i use Realtemp for Cpu temp monitor and GPUZ for gpu temp . I had tested a few games and apps , so far so good , my CPU rarely goes over 60c and my GPU is 65c at most . Still , i will keep an eye on temp to make sure nothing unusual go unnotice .

    Ok , so i take out the cooler once again , and tighten all the screw connect to the motherboard , then i remove thermal paste on both cpu and heatsink . Then i apply thermal paste again , this time on the heatsink , then i put all back on . I also tie some psu cable to make more room in the case...

Then i place new thermal paste on cpu , and put the cooler back on , but without the fan ( i think i might put it the wrong way , not sure ) .
