Finally the true Mortal Kombat 4 Arcade release at home. Mortal Kombat Gold is good, but still missing some lighting effects from the arcade and I thought that added characters were pretty janky on top of an already pretty janky game. Don't get me wrong I do like Mortal Kombat 4, I'm excited to...
It would be technically possible with this Male 44 Pin IDE to Female SATA adapter. https://www.newegg.com/p/2TP-004R-005P9?item=9SIB2TTJUR7728 But It's not likely to fit in the laptop after applying it.
Rogue City was pretty fun. Not incredible, but I did enjoy destroying punks and corpos with my guns and metal fists. This game is probably the closest we'll get to embodying Robocop. I'll buy the DLC if it's like $20ish.
I wonder why so many people are worried about the Hynix modules, they're running well within their spec and it's not like they are drastically heating up the GPU core. My modules run at about 88C while being overclocked, and my GPU doesn't make it past low 60s. It's not exactly cool in my house...
Was ReBar only an issue on Nvidia? I had SAM enabled for my whole play through on my 9070XT and didn't notice an issue, a very minor hiccup here and there, but I had it capped at 90 FPS at 2880x1620 the whole play through.
Don't care. I should have been able to purchase a card without sharing my telemetry with them. I'm back with Radeon and happy. Yes, I can still whine about it. :)
And... of course I just bought a drive three weeks ago for my SFF build. I wish I had just held out a little longer. Oh well I'll put this one on my Black Friday list.
My 9070 XT Hellhound is working soundly, doesn't get past 60c on the core and I've locked the fan speed to 48% max. Bummer for whoever had that chip in the image. It looks like it was physically damaged, don't know how that particular one could get past QC.
This only has a passing resemblance to what AMD showed their "official" cards to be. Why would anyone think this is the same card? Looks like a cheap knockoff.
No, Portal RTX and other RTX Remix made titles work on AMD hardware as well. Can't speak for certainty about Intel, but don't see why it wouldn't. DLSS doesn't work, but it has TAAU as a fallback upscaler. The RT/Path-tracing all works, albeit not as performant on my 9070XT as it is on my 4070Ti...
Does that analog stick have a metal neck or it just looks that way because of lighting? I like the looks and i'm sure the quality is great. The buttons look pretty flat, though. Hopefully they are little more convex in reality.
Fan speed seems low at 1200 RPM for full load. Then again, the GPU core is pretty low in temp considering the fan is operating at a low RPM. Maybe this is some sort of alternate "quiet" BIOS on a card.
That looks just as bad as I imagined. Nintendo, you don't need to come up with gimmicks all the time. A waste of time and money on something that will be used in a handful of titles.
In the 90s... I can't remember a game being more than $49.99 unless they came with an accessory like the N64 expansion pack, in San Diego at least. I remember when games went up to 59.99 people were super pissed. What game do you remember on SNES that was 90$? (not attacking you, just generally...
I was excited to hear the several stores were already getting stock on warehouse shelves. I was not expecting AMD to hold sale until March. My assumption is that there is a software, logistics hold up. Perhaps a change to the power/boost tables in the BIOS that they need to worry about deploying...
