Hello again, the issue came back

Here is the screenshot, the store warranty service said that the gpu is ok, they tried it in different pcs and said that everything was ok I installed it and this is the gpu z stats after the warranty check

Thanks for the response, in a few days i'm going to go to the store for a refund. I want to know to if a tiny overclock and undervolt could make this problem, i use this video to do it (remember that my gpu it suposed to be new)
