Yes, i tried with all the possible software, but from 0rpm it jumped to 2000rpm, it's a broken bios in that model, and there are no more compatible ones, in MSI they answered me that they can't send bios due to company rules. But that is the past, now I have the card working without problems.

After searching and trying a dozen vbios, I saw your post and tried it and I was amazed... I have a 3060 ti OC HLR Ventus 3x, the fans were at 2000rpm at 30%, no fan software worked and I started testing bios until I found your post, now I have 1200rpm at 30%, totally stable with good...
