win 7 only sees 3.98gb usable memory

there are multipliers about the cpu and HT etc. but I think it started when I tried to change the automatic optimizer of the memory that supposed to optimise the oc mhz (1600) with the rest of the bios setup, then it failed to overclock and restarted with that problem.

win 7 only sees 3.98gb usable memory

bios reporting has no information about memory,I changed the memory stick and booted with the old win 7 and still read the same

The motherboard is gigabyte 990fxa-ud3, there is no coloured slots, they are all blacks, but the memory sticks are right paired in slot 1 and 2. I upgraded the motherbord and there were no problem at the start, there were a right reading of the 8 gb ,then I tried to take the memory to 1600mhz...

    FX 8150 voltage constantly changing

Well, but finally did not send back the board and assemble the pc with gigabyte and guess what happened, the cpu-z ,HMZ,AIDA 64,CPUID have the same constantly changing reading, I will assume that is normal , on the other hand looking at CPUID reding, I see that the -12V is also changing...

    FX 8150 voltage constantly changing

The review said, It’s quite a sparse VRM compared to more expensive boards, with only a pair of transistors going to each phase Each phase can be supplied with 50A of steady current to the CPU, combining for 400A total .The Crosshair V Formula has 3 FETs per phase, which can supply over 2000...

    FX 8150 voltage constantly changing

Today I bought a gigabyte 990 FXA UD3- because as said Jstn 7477 the vrm of the ASUS board has 4+1 phase, and the gigabyte has 8+2 ,but I read some review that is not enough for the fx 8150 because lacks beefier heat sink and Driver MOSFETs for better power management and even with a light...

    FX 8150 voltage constantly changing

I've disabled turbo core and now the voltage does not rise above 1.284, but continued constantly changing, and the core speed is constant at 3616 mhz
