I am using an HDMI 1.4b cable. Does not work. Options do not show 120hz as a choice. I also remember that using a dual-link DVI was the only way to achieve 120hz on this monitor. So....yea.

I was going for a hail mary to try and get 120hz to work with my current setup, kinda don't want to get disappointed if I get that adapter and it doesn't fit my standards without issues. Looks like I'll be in "save mode" until I decide which 4k/120+ monitor I decide to get in the next month...

My sentiments exactly. I've come to love that "buying games at a bargain" mindset. Finances is what drives most purchases, games are no different. It'll just take time until it reaches everybody. My buy point is when it goes down to $30ish for base+dlc. I figure in 2 years :banghead::roll::banghead:
