Holding off buying until Intel releases it's BIg-ger 6000+ pin socket CPU that has 2 3175x dies glued!! together for 48-cores (only 24 cores per die) with no Hyperthreading. Now that's a big CPU

At those prices, maybe Intel should include that $1000 chiller as its stock cpu cooler. Also, that would need a much bigger box than Threadripper. Win/Win.

I thought Polaris11 was the mobile chip they were demoing as being able match a GTX 950, albeit that GPU was likely clocked lower but using all 1024 stream processors. Hopefully this will surpass an R7 370 but be slower than a R9 380. Not too bad I guess for 100 bucks

What's the deal XFX. Cheaping out on the extras for a $1500 card (not forget the +$125 in California sales tax for myself and other CA'ers). I agree the metal case is completely useless once you install the card. So how about throwing in some games instead.
