Okay, to correct it from that non-planned offensive state, as long as I'm checking the temperatures the CPU is fine. It's a sure thing that if the temps go high I'll replace the cooler. I'm just asking you if it's possible that I won't have to replace it.

You can't damage a processor by simply using it. Moreover, the "operating temperature" value is quite useless.

Have you tried pushing it to 75 Hz via nVidia Control panel? It worked for many people however some experienced some "waving" in the screen when they pushed it to 75 Hz via nVidia control panel. I have no clue about how much is that a matter of a cable.
