Well, if you'd read my original support message to them, you might feel different. But whatever. I already knew there were two risers. I told them I was willing to wait for the better-made riser. No answer there as to why I was sent the one I specifically requested not to be sent. No answers...

Yeah, between me sending my reply in to NZXT earlier today and now, GN released the new video, thankfully. First thing I'm going to do is just see if I can find a better riser cable that will fit the unit. Then I may resort to using the replacement I've been sent, along with the nylon screws...
