Hey! Sorry to join everyone in hijacking this thread, but I was having problems undervolting my i7 9520, and this seemed like the place to ask. I did the procedure unclewebb posted as well as disabling all virtualization in windows and my BIOS - still no luck, it's greyed out. Any ideas?
