    Your PC ATM

@micropage, its a bit better now its finished, but my PSU isn't modular, and like to leave a few power connectors handy for attaching random bits of equipment that don't stay in the rig full-time. Main thing is there's plenty of airflow through the case, even after a heavy gaming session my...

    Mismatched RAID 0

Aye, thats why I said Naturally, lol. Surprised it worked at all to be honest, being used to HDD's having to be matched (although my Samsung and Seagate play nice together too, exact same size and cache of course)

    Mismatched RAID 0

Couldn't sleep so decided to do a bit of experimentation with RAID 0 using a 60gb OCZ Agility 3 and a Corsair Force 3 120gb. Naturally I lost the spare capacity on the Corsair, ended up with 111 gb. Stunned by the scaling, the windows logo doesn't complete its animation, let alone seeing the...

    Is this build solid

Yeah, you can allocate between 18(I think) to 64gb for caching. The remainder is available as normal. I gave caching a brief try with a 60gb SSD dedicated but it didn't seem that good to me...Maybe I didn't give it long enough to settle down. But then again I'm lucky enough to have two SSD's in...

    Is this build solid

yep, that looks good to me. Is it possible to squeeze a bit more out of your budget for a 60gb SSD? You'll really notice the responsiveness, and I've found that games running off the HDD run silky smooth without Windows buggering about in the background.

    Budget gaming card under 75 euro's (99 USD$)

I've got a 5850 1GB Asus Direct Cu that I could let you have for £70 plus postage. Can't go any lower than that unfortunately. Great card though, only used for a month before I came into some money and got my 6970. Has voltage control software for overclocking, and ran in the low 40's...

Micro Mini Hi-fi System - Help me find one!

I'd have a look second hand too. Don't know what you have in ROI but the British Heart Foundation have some shops which just deal in tested electrical appliances. I struck lucky and got a Sony mini system with 3CD changer (also plays MP3 discs), DAB radio and (for some strange reason these days)...

Koss Announces Porta Pro KTC On Ear Headphones

+1 for Porta Pros. Bought mine from Amazon for £18 last year, very warm sound, beautiful. Too bad they don't fit under my crash helmet. I really notice the difference when using Seinheisser CX-300 on the bike, the Koss sound is so much nicer without the overwhealming thud of the in ear phones.
