temperature in Celsius is doubled, in Fahrenheit it is reported as gpu 150 vs 93 cpu temperature, so yes same problem in Fahrenheit. Problem also exists in 2.44.0 and 2.43.0 , that are the only older versions i still have on disk so it might exist for longer already. Other card dGpu is vega...

There is a bug in the latest GPU-Z. The temperature of the iGPU (uhd750) is reported as being double of what it really is.
