ASUS Intros the GeForce GTX 1070 DUAL Graphics Card

Bought 2 of these, they preform well, but... they really do look cheap and nasty, with no back plate either, just nasty....

AMD Readies Radeon R9 390X to Take on GeForce GTX 980

Oh dear here we go again all the children screaming at each other to what's the best GPU, same old nonsense I've been reading on forums for the last freaking ten years, just change the name of the GPU in the comments. LOL AMD and NVIDIA are LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK, MUPPETS!

    Radeon R9 280X, R9 270X, and R7 260X Available from October 8th

X2 280X's will be way more than I need, that's what I'm going for, my poor old 3 570's will be upset, but sorry guys time for retirement. =)

XFX Radeon R9 280X Double Dissipation Pictured

Fair enough, but I quite like the cooler myself, very similar to the cooler styles on various Nvidia cards I've owned, always been with Nvidia, but I'll be replacing my 3 570's with 2 of these, sorry Nvidia it's been good, but it's time to move on to a GPU that has the same architecture as the...

XFX Radeon R9 280X Double Dissipation Pictured

GCN RADEON Architecture that ALL new consoles use, oh I wonder what type of hardware game developers are programming for that will be ported over to PC's, oh Nvidia, I think not... :nutkick:

XFX Radeon R9 280X Double Dissipation Pictured

Something that's only around 20% slower than a Titan (is unlocked and can be clocked up far more) for a 3rd of the price of a Titan only a shade slower than a 780 and DX11.2 support, which the Titan and 780 doesn't have...

Radeon R9 290X Pictured, Tested, Beats Titan

I hope the new Radeon doesn't come with a crappy looking cheap cooler and case, if so I'm going to wait for a decent 3rd party cooler.

Battlefield 4 Running DirectX 11.1 Could Give Radeon HD 7000 an Edge

Win 8's only major problem is it's a little more unstable atm, that will be fixed, Win 7's biggest problem is it's slow and bloated.

DirectX 11.2 Exclusive to Windows 8.1 and Xbox One

Until around November when the new console ports start to appear, PC Games are nearly all direct ports from consoles, current gen cards will be obsolete by then, you'll still be able to play games, but if you want all the features, you'll have to get a new GPU...

DirectX 11.2 Exclusive to Windows 8.1 and Xbox One

Wait for a true DX11.2 GPU (Radeon 9000 will be the first range in Oct). Current GPU's are 'compatible' with DX11.2, but you certainly wont get all of the features unless you get a new GPU that's dedicated to DX11.2, wait until October for the new Radeon 9000 series, that will be a true DX11.2...

NVIDIA to Name GK110-based Consumer Graphics Card "GeForce Titan"

You do have a point, that's £569.62 in my currency pound sterling and we also have value added tax another 20% so £683.5 or $1079.93 in USD (minus delivery charges ofc). SIGH, is expensive.

NVIDIA to Name GK110-based Consumer Graphics Card "GeForce Titan"

Worth the wait I'll certainly get one, I deliberately skipped the 600 series as they weren't much of an upgrade compared to my 3 570's, and only a retard would upgrade EVERY year.
