Update: Cannot be done, at least not by me. Password rom of bios is encrypted or something. Nothing but symbols. Will not let me write it to zero's either. NCR did a pretty good job of making this almost impenetrable.

MSI isn't the only manufacturer that does this. Pretty much all of them do. And yes, it's about money.

I don't bother with vbios. FWIW, I've been modding bios's since before the socket A days, but whatever. :p If the OP thinks I can help, he can ask.
