I get nothing in the way of errors at all and my Event Viewer shows nothing at all which makes me think its hardware?

Well everything I have is listed above in the OP I have nothing in the way of sound/network cards or the likes. The RAM is actually only Kingston Value RAM PC3200. The new cpu cooler I got was a Thermaltake Silent Boost for K8 Athlon 64s and Opterons.

Sorry I forgot to mention, when I changed my MoBo I realised the thermal paste was only coming into contact with the heatsink over 1/4 of the CPU!
