i would like to see some ID shoot of PMIC during memtest and also when overclocked
otherwise why say "no thermal pad for PMIC" if you have not any info on how hot can it go?
i expect it can go easy on 70°C when stressed, but can it make difference from 70°C (no cooling) to 60°?
HDD rating is meant as workload, not writeload
300TB/yr of workload mean that warranty is void if you read/write more than that
back-up usually is not read-all--write all but incremental
285MB/s peak read mean that only to read the disk you need 70'000s :-D
for sure the KB is not 4.5mm... but neither 30
it is powered by AAA batteries (if it is like the one i have) so maybe 12mm if AA powered then maybe 20mm, no more.
i think it's an ok bang for the buks product
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Molex_connector
seems that sata connector is way fire-hazard like than Molex connector
ps sure molex can provide some arc between pin connection, but only if not correctly mated... but you have the same problem with every connector that have male-female pin, so also...
@W1zzard
graphics in frametime are a little bit confusing at best (sorry, i have to say that)
at least try to match color with brand, amd = orange/red, nvidia = green (or gray),
then it can be useful to put all graphics of a comparison near each other varying only game titles, acually you have...
atom??
never again after my home server powered by a J1900 died due to bad design of LPC bus and so degradation faster as more I/O you do...
it lasted about 5 years... and NO, it's not ok.
i've got plenty 775 era mobo running perfectly. sp why i have to reinstall (and reconfigure all client!)...
I need the Seagate FireCuda 120 SSD 1TB because i am starting to de-obsolete my gaming rig, planned cpu & motherboard, but my ssd is too little for actual game size. Need a bigger and faster ssd
i bet this connector will be used in server / hpc space, where one cable is better than 2, and where PSU are designed to be fitted inside a case, with special connector.
remember Nvidia HGX gpu? well.. that's a 400W BEAST... but does not have any connector to power it because.. well.. 4*8pin...
wow!
useless MB ever created (fighting with 2011 itx mobos...)
1 fan for VRM... AND 1 (even smaller... 30mm?) for chipset
no thanks (with one standard 40mm fan i can live on.. but everything that is not replaceable... no thanks)
well...
i thought that i will never play with a consolle... but price of everything in the PC worl has skyrocketed.
i remember when i bought core2duo e6400 on day 1... 187€ with a almost top of the line ga-x38-ds5 (another 180€) and a flashy brand new OC MSI 8800GT 512MB (220€) with a pari of...
well..
i do not like reservoir placed lower than rad.. you will have half of the rad filled with air and bubble going in circle (and so lower thermal conductivity in both WB and RAD)
"long time ago" there were 5.25" reservoir or tube-style placed in the upper end of the case and so the filling...
those weird connection of the return tubing... something like "I want to restrict liquid flow like hell"
I think that price is ok, but what is meh is fan and engineering of the pump-reservoir.
something like thiis is a better engineering, ok on a 360 rad it will be so looong, then take a 240...
edited.. not read which HIGH FPI value they mean...
14 fpi is not high...
price will tell if it is worth it..
but TT is overpriced ( at least in europe )
14 fpi does not require high static pressur fan..
a 1000rpm fan will do the job pretty well... 1250-1300rpm top it with less noise added...
